"Donna Fleming and her daughter Lisa Fleming are HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and I do not recommend you take your business here. I have been with this agent for almost 20 years and have experienced nothing but disrespect, neglect, lack of communication and overall just rude. Any time I have issues, they never respond to voicemail or email and never just answer the phone to take your call. You try to go to the physical office and the door is locked so there is no way to get a hold of these people. I put in a complaint with State Farm customer service about these issues finally since I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt on numerous occasions. I got a call today from Lisa Fleming about my complaint, which should have been anonymous and was arguing with me about it. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL BE LEAVING THIS AGENT AS A RESULT OF THEIR DISRESPECTFUL ACTIONS!!!!!"
